  Shiatsu is a hands-on Japanese healing art that supports and strengthens the body's natural ability to heal and balance itself.   Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build-up of stress in our daily lives. It works on the whole person - not just the physical body, but also on a psychological, emotional and spiritual being.

Shiatsu is particularly effective with muscular tension in the neck, shoulders and back.
