Helen Thatcher and Clive Ives work together during an afternoon of movement and healing touch. Helen will introduce free dance and spontaneous movement to bond and energise the group. You will easily relax and begin to express and connect with out words.
In the second part of the afternoon we will give and receive healing touch. Clive will demonstrate and talk through simple yet powerful shiatsu bodywork techniques that will be practiced in pairs. The are deeply relaxing, nurturing and meditative. No previous experience is necessary We will work on blankets on the floor.
